About Q-Factor
Hi, I’m Job Hutchison — a junior gravel racer, content creator, and lifelong tinkerer. When I’m not on the bike competing at events like Unbound Gravel, Gravel Worlds, or Big Sugar, I’m in the workshop experimenting with ways to make cycling gear smarter, lighter, and more functional.
That passion led me to launch Q-Factor, a project dedicated to designing and 3D printing innovative bike accessories. From custom mounts and storage solutions to unique small-batch parts, every piece is designed with riders in mind.
I believe in combining creativity and performance — testing ideas on my own race bikes, refining them through real-world use, and then making them available to the cycling community.
3D printing allows me to prototype quickly and sustainably, creating parts that are strong enough for hard miles yet flexible enough to keep improving with every version. It’s about more than just printing plastic — it’s about solving problems, pushing ideas forward, and building tools that help riders enjoy every ride.
At the core of everything I do — racing, creating, and building this brand — is my Christian faith. It shapes the way I approach challenges, the way I treat people, and the purpose behind my work. Cycling and design are incredible passions of mine, but they’re also platforms to live out what I believe: to work with excellence, to serve others, and to stay grounded in something bigger than myself.
Whether you’re here to pick up a new accessory, support my racing journey, or just see what I’m working on next — thanks for being part of the ride.
